You’ve all heard the saying, “Curiosity killed the cat!” But I think that little ditty is due for a revision. Comparison is the real killer, wouldn’t you agree?
I know that comparison is a major stumbling block for me in my life, but I’ve recently come to discover that most of the things that pull me into the comparison trap are actually things that aren’t really important to me. For example, I compare my body to women who are more fit than I am, but when I really stop to think about it… the reason I’m not more fit is because it’s not yet a priority to me.
So here is the key question: How many of the limited minutes you have been blessed with in this lifetime do you want to spend comparing yourself to things that you’re just not about?
